Where In a prepared seed bed.
How Sow thinly in rows 15cm apart. Cover lightly with 1.5cm of fine soil. Firm gently and keep moist. Seedlings appear 14-21 days. For continuous crops sow every 2-3 weeks.
Care No thinning is needed if sown thinly. Keep moist and weed free.
Harvest May to October. Harvest alternate onions from the row, leaving others to grow on. In sheltered areas sow August to
September for early spring harvest.
