In the old days, prior to the invention of chemical weed killers and fertilizers, Micro clover was included in lawn seed mixes. Microclover and grass actually work well together, as the Clover pulls fertilizer out of the air and brings it down to the soil to be absorbed. Our seed grows the smallest micro clover on the market, way smaller than Pipolina. A small-leafed varietal that, uncut, will generally not exceed 8. It has been used in place of grass or mixed with grass seed in lawns and soccer fields as it requires much less mowing than traditional grass. It can be sprinkled over already existing laws. In addition, this variety seldom flowers and stays green year round. Once germinated, it does not require much water. It is also ideal for surface for garden paths or as a border around shrubs. Spreads slowly but dense growing.
