Description
Kalanchoe beharensis is native to southwestern Madagascar, a large branching succulent shrub, with a meandering growth habit forming unique shapes. Its distinct fuzzy felt-like triangular leaves are large, concave and greyish, emerging at branch tips. Older leaves die back as the plant matures, leaving behind deep scars to form a sharp rugged trunk. In the wild they can grow to around 3 metres tall.
WATERING
In Summer water thoroughly only when 100% of the soil has dried out. A/W allow soil to dry 100% – water sparingly (every two months). Spring gradually increase watering – depending on temp and light exposure.
