Green Manure Alfalfa
Alfalfa grows tall and strong and is a deep-rooted nitrogen fixer. It is good for a complete season; spring to autumn, or summer to spring.
Sow from April to July. This variety is suitable for poor soil, but not acidic. Dig in from 2 months to a year.
