Green Manure – Overwinter Mix
Growing a nitrogen lifter and fixer is the best way of improving your soil over the winter months. Cereal Rye and Vetch make an excellent companion and are usually very reliable.
Sow from mid-September to mid-October. This mix is suitable for all types of soil. Dig in in April/May before flowering.
