Ligularia The Rocket

Description

Small, bright yellow, shaggy, stars flowers create handsome tapering spires on tall, very upright dark stems. The dark stems contrast well with the flowers and rise from a mound of large, mid-green leaves that are raggedly cut along the edges. One for a wet soil.
