Description
Few summer-flowering plants offer the strength and fragrance of a Longiflorum Lily. ‘Carpino’ produces tall, slender stems that reach around 1 metre high, standing proud at the back of a border with white trumpet flowers and rich, dark green foliage. Each bloom reaches up to 15cm across, with an upward-facing form.
Longiflorum lilies are known for their graceful shape and sweet, freesia-like scent. The flowers open sequentially, extending the display for weeks, and with several blooms per stem, the overall impact is outstanding.
