Description
Magnolia soulangeana ‘Alba superba’ variety is a deciduous upright shrub/small tree with green oval leaves and large, fragrant goblet-shaped pure white flowers with a subtle flush of light purple pink near their base. Its showy, fragrant blooms will appear on the bare stems before the foliage opens up in spring.
Your Saucer Magnolia will be a major focal point each year during the flowering period In April and May and can reach a height of 2 to 4 meters over a span of 10 years. Suitable for smaller gardens, as it is a very shapely shrub and a manageable small tree once mature.
