Description
Lush, dark green, slightly crinkled leaves on attractive red stems. The delicious floral overtones make this mint good in fresh salads, pastas and soups or in cold lemonade. When dried it is good in pot pourris and for making tea. Lavender-lilac flowers in late summer which are attractive to bees. As many mints, it is invasive. Plant in sun or partial shade. It will die down in the winter but shoot again in spring.
