Description
The Boston Fern is a plant which has a bushy habit and will grow in many different directions. It is best to avoid touching the fronds of the Fern as it could damage the foliage, taking away its highly attractive green colouring, turning it brown. Pruning the Boston Fern is a simple process, with dead fronds requiring removal if they appear. Keeping the Fern in partial shade or in a humid environment will help it reach its ultimate height and spread of 0.5-1m. It should take up to 5 years for this growth to occur.
