Organic Salad Rocket

This salad rocket features deeply notched leaves of a good strong flavour. It is slow to bolt and regrows quickly after cutting.

Sow Outdoors – February and March sowings direct into soil, in coldframe or under sowings in open in shallow drills about 1cm deep in rows 25cm out the seedlings as they grow to a final spacing of leaves regularly to prevent the plants quickly running to in small batches each month to ensure a continuous supply of fresh leaves.
