Description
Sow seeds from March to April in modules undercover.
Alternatively, sow directly outdoors when the soil has warmed.
Sow seeds 3-5 cm deep, placing 2-3 seeds per module.
Keep soil moist and the seeds should germinate in 7-14 days.
Transplant out between late March and May, spacing plants 15-20 cm apart with rows 45 cm apart.
Cover with a fleece to protect from pests if needed.
Provide support for the stems if needed.
Water regularly during flowering and pod formation.
Harvest regularly from May to July when pods are full-sized but still tender and sweet.
