Picea Conica, commonly called the Alberta Spruce, is a striking evergreen tree growing scented, dense green foliage in a distinct conical shape. Emerging in a true green, its firm needles will go on to turn a beautiful blue-tinted hue of green.

Your Spruce tree will require little care, only needing watering and placement in a spot that gets direct sunlight. After the Christmas season is over, the tree can be planted on to grow outdoors, or pot grown in a large patio container – waiting to be brought back in once next Christmas rolls around.

Before moving the tree into your home, try to keep it in the cold outdoor weather for as long as possible. Once indoors, make sure that the tree is placed away from any sources of direct heat, such as fireplaces or radiators. Excessive exposure to heat can cause the tree to drop its needles.
