A surprisingly hardy Pilea sp. from China . Forming a glossy understory in a shady position. Giving a tropical effect. A Patrick Blanc collection. Usually reaching 50 cm. Produces small white flowers later in the season. And then sends out stolons in the autumn. This plant survived the 22/23 winter in pots frozen solid.
