This variety is wonderfully rewarding to grow, producing an early crop from the middle of summer into September, so you can enjoy homegrown plums while many other fruit trees are still building towards their peak. ‘Mirabelle de Nancy’ is grown on Pixy rootstock, which keeps it more compact and upright than many plum trees. It is also self-fertile, so there is no need to plant a partner nearby to enjoy fruit.
