Radish China Rose Growing Instructions

Grow as a microgreen

Sow your seeds directly onto a moistened growing medium (3-5cm deep) and lightly mist the seeds with water.

Place the seeded tray into a second tray without drainage holes. This will allow you to bottom water the tray.

Cover with another tray on top to stop light getting in. Then place a weight inside to encourage the roots to grow down and to help the seeds make good contact with the growing medium.

After day 2-4, remove the cover and place in a well-lit location.

When watering the seedlings, keep using the bottom tray.

Harvest between 8-12 days or when the seedlings are 3-6cm tall. Cut the stems above the soil line with a knife or scissors.

Grow as a sprouting

Clean and sterilise the sprouter.

Put the seeds in the sprouter and cover with room temperature water

Soak the seeds for 6-8 hours.

Drain all of the water until the seeds are damp.

Place the seeds in the sprouter and cover with a lid

Make sure to rinse the seeds 2-3 times a day until harvesting around days 5-6.
