Radish China Rose is a classic winter-hardy radish cultivar has long, tapering roots with lovely rose pink skins and crisp, clear white meat. It’s unique, somewhat sour flavour gives winter salads character. Additionally, the leaves can be used in salads and stir-fries.
Growing instructions:
Sow the Radish China Rose Winter seeds from March to September. Thinly sow seeds into prepared seedbed (2cm deep). Germination usually takes 10-14 days. Water plants thoroughly after planting especially during warm summer days. Harvest within 4 – 8 weeks.
