Description
Rhododendron ‘Wren’ is a prostrate, dwarf evergreen shrub. It sports glossy dark green bushy foliage throughout the year, the leaves may turn a bronze colour in autumn while the new spring growth initially develops a reddish colour. The evergreen foliage is joined by pale yellow, funnel shaped flowers from mid to late spring onwards, providing a colourful combination that looks great on a patio or mixed shrub garden space. This variety is very hardy, preferring a partially-shaded area in the garden, and can tolerate most types of soil, it will thrive provided the soil is well-drained.
