Rhubarb Glaskins Perpetual is renowned for its large, long-stemmed, brilliant red stalks that are juicy and flavourful. A quick to establish cultivar that is highly dependable. The only kind of rhubarb that may be picked later in the growing season because to its low oxalic acid concentration. Excellent for wine, jam, pies and tarts
Growing instructions:
Sow the Rhubarb Glaskins Perpetual seeds from April to May. Thinly sow seeds into trays (2cm deep). Germination usually takes 10-14 days and once the seedlings have germinated and have grown 10-15cm tall, transplant the seeds or spread the plants 30-50cm apart. Water plants thoroughly after planting especially during warm summer days. Harvest from April to July.
