Wild Rocket Diplotaxis Tenuifolia
This is an upright, perennial variety, with indented wild leaf rocket. This herb is prized for its flavour in salads. Spiciness increases as the plant matures.
Sow direct in drills, from April to September, staggering sowings. This plant tolerates most soils in full sun. Pick the leaves as required, best used fresh. This variety does not bolt as easily as the annual one. Flowers should be removed to promote full flavour.
