Description
Creeping Saxifrage Saxifragaceae
A dramatic evergreen groundcover creeping saxifrage with larger leaves than the straight species. The large leaves are traced with a network of silvery veins. In the summer it produces numerous fine red stolons and masses of starry pinky-white flowers. A wild collection from the Nezu district in Japan by Cedric Basset. Best grown in part or full shade. Perfectly hardy here in Berkshire. Ht 20 cm
