Description
An outstanding deciduous shrub which has good sized dark red-purple foliage which turns scarlet in autumn. In summer it will become festooned with long stalked feathery purple-pink flower heads which give an amazing appearance of smoke. It produces the best coloured leaves in full sun. Height 3m (10ft), spread 3m (10ft).
