Sunflower, ProCut Red F1 ProCut® Red(F1) Sunflower Seed 46 flowers are deep-red with brown disks. It took years of breeding efforts to produce this impressive red ProCut sunflower. Early blooms are produced on long, strong, single stems. Pollenless. Single stem. Plant Height: 6072 Sow directly where they are to flower. Sow 15mm deep into finely prepared soil which has be raked to a fine tilth. Sow 2 seeds together every 45cm. Seedlings appear in 14-21 days. When large enough to handle thin out the weaker of the two plants, replant elsewhere if required. Water well until established. Can be started early indoors, sow into individual pots 15mm deep, place pots in a cold frame or greenhouse. Keep moist. Acclimatise and plant out after danger of frost has passed.
