Description
Although commonly known as Asparagus ferns they are actually not true ferns. These scrambling, perennial herbs can climb up to heights of 2.5 metres if given something as a support. The less common Asparagus densiflorus ‘
WATERING
In S/S water when 30% of the top soil has dried out. In A/W allow top soil to dry out 50%. Mist often.
LIGHT REQUIREMENTS
Bright, indirect.
FEED
Use a house plant fertiliser every month between April – September.
REPOTTING
Repot every 2-3 years using a houseplant compost or when roots appear from the bottom of the nursery container.
