Description
Our Ribes nigrum Big Ben is an upright, deciduous shrub. Its dark green foliage blends the plant perfectly with other garden plants, with small, elegant flowers adding further interest to this variety. It is mainly grown for its delicious Blackcurrants that will fruit in late Summer, providing a variety of everyday meals with sweet flavour.
They will grow to an ultimate height and spread of 1.5m. In terms of plant care, it should be placed in bright, indirect sunlight and planted in moist, well-drained soil. Watering becomes essential when the soil is dry to touch.
