Description
Sow seeds from late May to June in modules or trays undercover.
Sow 1cm deep and lightly cover.
Keep soil moist and the seeds should germinate in 7-14 days.
Pot on seedlings once large enough to handle, maintaining bright, cool conditions.
Transplant outdoors from June to early July (around 10th July).
Space plants 4050cm apart in rows 5060cm apart.
Harvest from September to November when heads are firm, well-shaped, and fully developed.
