Codiaeum variegatum ‘Petra’

Description

A serious showstopper. Codiaeums produce leaves in an array of yellows, reds, pinks and greens. Once settled into a nice bright spot this plant will give you a spectacular display – however, watch out for draughty windows as Codiaeums dislike fluctuation of temperatures.

WATERING

S/S allow 20% of the soil to dry out. In A/W allow soil to dry out 40%.

LIGHT REQUIREMENTS

Bright, indirect.

FEED

Use a houseplant fertiliser once a month from April – October.

REPOTTING

Repot every 1.5-2 years. Use a well-draining houseplant compost with an added drainage medium like perlite.
