Dieffenbachia seguine ‘Sublime’

Description

With bright, lusciously variegated foliage, Dieffenbachia seguine ‘Sublime’ is an easy-care indoor plant that can tolerate slight underwatering and light shade. As the plant matures, the leaves can grow to almost one metre in length, whilst the stem takes on an almost trunk-like appeareance not dissimilar to that of a juvenile Dracanea.

WATERING

In S/S water when 20% of the top soil has dried out. In A/W allow top soil to dry out 50%.

LIGHT REQUIREMENTS

Bright, indirect.

FEED

Use a houseplant fertiliser once a month from April – October.

REPOTTING

Repot every 2-3 years when pot is full. Use a well-draining houseplant compost with added draining medium like perlite.
