Description
Pretty clusters of raspberry spines sit tightly side by side giving this cactus its unique pink colouring. Once mature, huge pink flowers bloom in rings at its crown – this little Mexican native is all about pink.
WATERING
Allow the soil to dry out 100% before watering – if soil is very dry, soak in water during hotter months. Limit watering in winter months. Prefers rain water.
LIGHT REQUIREMENTS
Full sun.
FEED
Use a cactus fertiliser every other time you water during March – November. Occasionally, use a very diluted iron solution as this cactus prefers neutral to slightly acidic conditions.
REPOTTING
Repot or change soil every 2 years.
