Description
This plant feels as if it belongs under the sea with its samphire-like branches that grow this way and that. Small leaflets appear at the tips when in active growth and as the plant matures, the main stem develops into a seaweed-green trunk to support the archictectural form of this unusual species.
WATERING
In summer water thoroughly only when 100% of the soil has dried out. A/W allow soil to dry 100% – water sparingly (every month). In Spring gradually increase watering – depending on temperature and light exposure.
LIGHT REQUIREMENTS
Bright.
FEED
If not repotting then you can use a well-balanced cactus feed every month from April – September.
REPOTTING
Repot this plant every two years to replenish the soil and to allow extra room for the roots to spread out. Use a cactus compost.
POT SIZE / HEIGHT
See available sizes below. Please note that, due to their natural variability, specimens’ height may be within 10-20% of the stated height below.
Plant is supplied in its plastic nursery pot.
