Description
Digitalis ‘Hanabee Deep Rose’ is a striking new compact foxglove with a richer, fuller look than many traditional varieties. Instead of producing a single flower spike, it branches naturally from the base to create multiple deep rose flowering stems from one plant, for a far more generous display through the season.
Its compact habit, reaching around 50cm tall, makes it especially useful for pots, patio containers, raised beds and border plantings, where a standard foxglove might simply be too large. The deep rose flowers bring lovely warmth and colour to the garden, while the multi-stemmed form gives the plant a fuller, more floriferous appearance.
Easy to grow and fully hardy through UK winters, this variety thrives in moist, well-drained soil in sun or partial shade. It is also highly attractive to bees, making it a rewarding choice for wildlife-friendly gardens as well as ornamental planting.
