Peperomia pepperspot

Description

With small dark leaves offset by striking red stems, this compact trailing plant is a keen explorer, pushing out from its pot to provide a dense cascade of foliage.

WATERING

Water when 50% of the top soil has dried out all year round. It is best to water this plant from below to avoid stem rot.

LIGHT REQUIREMENTS

Bright, indirect, in a well-ventilated spot.

FEED

Use a houseplant fertiliser once a month from April – October.

REPOTTING

Repot every year to give the roots more space to grow and replenish the soil. Use a well draining house plant compost with 20% additional drainaged medium like perlite, grit or hydroleca.
