Description
Erect, drought tolerant, sub-shrub with fragrant, deeply divided blue-green leaves on silver-grey stems with a wonderful sage-like fragrance. Masses of large, panicles of small violet-blue, bell-shaped flowers July to October, good for bees and butterflies and other pollinating insects. May die down in hard winters but will shoot again in the spring. Plant in full sun in well-drained poor to moderately fertile soil. Height up to 1.2m (4ft), spread 1m (40ins).
