Polystichum Makinoi

Description

An evergreen, clump-forming, hardy fern, commonly known as Makinoi’s shield fern. Polystichum makinoi plants produce a rosette of glossy, olive green fronds with brown stems and midribs.

Plant in moist, well drained soil. Will tolerate most soil in partial or full shade. This plant would thrive in a shaded border or cottage garden.
