Description
Dense, spiny form with masses of golden-orange berries which contrast well against the dark green foliage. These can be useful food for birds. Its upright habit makes it easy to train against a wall or fence or for a free standing shrub. Shade tolerant. Pyracanthas mainly flower then fruit on shoots produced in the previous year, so when pruning retain as many potential flowering shoots as possible.
