Description
Rhododendron Ginny Gee is a hardy shrub that grows up to 0.5m tall. Despite being a smaller variety once fully grown, this doesn’t take away from its stunning flowering that is borne from bright, rose-pink buds. These open in Spring, forming light pink flowers that soon fade to a pink and white flushed mix of colour. Its dark green foliage is evergreen, giving the plant year-round interest and ensuring its flowerheads are always joined by the perfect contrast.
This plant is ideal for adding a burst of colour into a pot or container on its own. It is also an attractive way to complement other flowers within bedding, borders or plant displays.
Rhododendrons are low maintenance shrubs. Place them in partial shade. They will tolerate most soils that are kept moist and well-drained. Water them well until established, then maintain regular watering afterwards.
