Vriesea ‘Era’

Description

An epiphyte from the Bromeliaceae family, the Vriesea ‘Era’ is adored for not only its architectural stature, but its vivid colouring and eye-catching markings.

WATERING

In S/S water when 20% of the top soil has dried out. In A/W allow top soil to dry out 50%. Water in rosette once a week.

LIGHT REQUIREMENTS

Bright, indirect.

FEED

Use a balanced house plant fertiliser once a month between May – September.

REPOTTING

Repot when the mother plant has produced sizeable pups at the base of the plant, divide pups and plant them separately into well draining house plant compost. Repot and divide in warmer months.
